Indulge in this single-origin coffee, featuring vibrant notes of dried cranberry, red currant, rich chocolate sauce, and a hint of orange liqueur. Expertly crafted for a multi-layered taste experience.
Sourced from 800 family-owned farms in the Guji Zone of Ethiopia's Oromia Region, Bitoya Coffee is grown at elevations of 2000-2200 meters. Farmers deliver ripe cherries to the Layo Teraga washing station, where they undergo meticulous sorting, defect removal, and grading. The beans are sun-dried on elevated African beds, shaded during peak sun hours, and rotated for uniform drying over 10-12 days until they reach an optimal moisture content of 11.5%.
