With a cupping score of 81.5, this blend is a 100% swiss water process speciality coffee from Mexican, Columbian and Ethiopian beans.

This complex blend has the fragrance and aroma of molasses sugar, sharp bright medium acidity, think vanilla like body with the flavour of walnut, malt, blackberries with dry cocoa and green tea aftertaste.
